Shea Fraze is a Florida native and graduated from the University of Florida in 2008 with a Bachelors Degree in Family and Community Sciences. After graduating, Shea decided to make Gainesville her permanent home. In 2013, she became interested in real estate while searching for a home for her family. After receiving her license, Shea went to work in New Home Sales where she sold 14 homes totaling $6 million in her first eight months. Since then she has sold tens of millions of dollars in real estate and continues to have a passion for new construction and design.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her three children, ages 9, 7 and 5. She also has a new found interest in running and plans to run her first big race in Washington D.C. later this year.
